Rick Chapek, formerly of Rick's RV Service LLC, is your technician. Rick is known by many RV-ers and maintains a great reputation in the RV community. He started out in RV service with Monaco Coach Corporation in 2001, in the Oregon warranty service department. Rick worked on a small team that dealt with high end coach lemon law cases. While at Monaco for 8 years, Rick achieved Master Certified RV Technician status. Monaco also provide numerous training classes through most manufactures of RV systems. 

  Along with a vast RV experience. Rick has various schooling in other areas that relate to the RV field, to include: Auto/Diesel repair, electronics, machining, welding, and customer service. 

  Rick believes that our main goal is to provide the best possible customer service and then 2nd is servicing/repairing your RV. You and your RV will be in good hands with us.
